Abstract

The aim of our article is to find a concrete and appropriate answer to the following question: How can we develop organizational innovation in teams through skills, and how can we use knowledge, human capital, and well-being to achieve this development? In order to develop team cohesion and strengthen innovation within organizations based on knowledge, human capital, and well-being

In other words, innovation and competence are interdependent, and human capital is the basis for creating this relationship. These two concepts are autonomous but at the same time complementary; each needs the other and each influences the other in order to develop and strengthen well-being in professional life

In this article, which focuses on the theme of well-being and its practices, we will open the debate on organizational innovation and its link to competence, and clarify their relationship with well-being, knowledge, and human capital.

To this end, our article will be divided into two parts. The first part will be dedicated to the basic concepts, which are: organizational innovation, competence, well-being, knowledge, and human capital. The second part will take the form of a detailed and analyzed practical study, using a questionnaire designed to collect data, which will then be interpreted and synthesized to reveal the relationship and contribution between the two factors.

The results of the article focus on clarifying the relationship between organizational innovation, knowledge, and well-being, while showing, based on the results found, that the development of skills in human capital influences the development of well-being, knowledge, and organizational innovation, and that competence has a direct impact on the achievement of organizational innovation.

The subject addressed in this article aims to provide managers and leaders with some guidance on methods and tools for developing organizational innovation and a sense of commitment and motivation, which impact the feeling of well-being.
