The consumption of live performances: Bibliometric and literature review
Abstract
This article aims to explore the consumption of live performances based on previous research and a bibliometric review. It proposes to establish an inventory of models, movements, public motivations, institutions and systems, as well as marketing operations and strategies mobilized by cultural actors to engage with each other. The study aims to document the current state of knowledge, identify theoretical and practical uncertainties as well as existing gaps, and outline perspectives for future research, in a context marked by social transformations, deep digital and institutional.
