Abstract

Motivating employees has become a crucial challenge for all companies seeking results and performance.

Since its introduction in the 1930s in France, motivation within companies was initially seen merely as a tool relying on the respect of internal company rules, the breach of which could lead to sanctions.

Today, however, we are witnessing a transformation of companies through new motivational factors such as recruitment, training, and employee retention. These factors not only enable companies to perform in the best possible way but also contribute to improved productivity.

The aim of this paper is to understand and analyze the mechanisms of performance within a company through these motivational factors.
